• Regulation: Work auditing, drafting, matching and documenting the work regulation according to the nature and requirements of the entity. • Employment contracting: Preparing, auditing and updating employment and training contracts and others and drafting additional clauses in the electronic employment contract in line with the applicable labor systems and regulations. • Administrative investigation: “Full management of the employment investigation and providing technical support to the entity’s management to impose labor penalties in accordance with the system and regulations.” • Technical support: Providing legal advice to the entity’s management regarding job discipline policies and workflow in accordance with the applicable system and regulations. • Undertaking the entity’s legal representation before the judicial and related and relevant (labor) authorities regarding cases and claims filed by and against the entity as per the established practice.
• Annual regular representation of the entity in all types of cases except labor. • Auditing and drafting all types of contracts according to the nature of the activity. • Technical support and providing advice and recommendations for making administrative decisions. • Representing the entity before the relevant and relevant competent authorities (regarding the nature of the activity). • Studying the entity’s regulatory status and its compliance with applicable regulations (preventive aspect).
